Job description
You will provide HR Service Delivery design, advisory and support to Ant Group in Asia Pacific, EMEA and Americas region with an emphasis on Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, Canada, Brazil and Mexico. Render HR advisory support, lead transformation projects and provide substantial value of efficiency and effectiveness to service deliveries Oversee the quality of service and deliver HR Operational tasks (including but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, transfers, assignments, employment visa, employment certification letters, HR queries, benefits and payroll operations) efficiently with high service standard within service level agreements (SLAs) Identify pain points in a timely manner by undertaking regular reviews and flag out to Team Leader with an alternative / solution and initiate process improvement / enhancement projects simultaneously Ensure consistency of work and HR service is delivered on a day to day basis Maximize the effectiveness of teamwork by supporting Team Leader & team members Administering and analyze local benefits, leave of absence (LOA), workers compensation processes, reporting benefits plan information to team management and ensures that policies are renewed on time and they do not lapse Customize engagement campaigns / knowledge sharing sessions (both onsite and virtual) that is essential and is valuable for our stakeholders Value add by ideating solutions and propose effective alternatives to meet different Business Units (BU) requirements Develop effective communication and relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors (outsourcing service partners) to achieve seamless and smooth operationsJob Requirement
Minimum of 10+ years of HR experience Excellent analytical skills to research / evaluate issues and solutions to make informed choices Ability to operate with a large degree of autonomy, be proactive and understands general HR policies, current best practice, work visa procedures and present information clearly and in a manner that is understandable to stakeholders Dare to step out of your comfort zone by going beyond your role and responsibilities and find effective workarounds and solutions. Communicate and bring up issues efficiently with clarity, has a customer service mindset and portray strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong passion for HR Operations, someone who enjoys ideating solutions and seek challenges yet be detail oriented, and manage confidentiality Reliable team player, energetic and have the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environmentInformation :
