Admin Manager/ Senior Admin Executive

Location: Jurong East (10mins away by bus)

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm/ alternate Saturday (2 weeks once, 9am-2pm)

Salary up $4000 + AWS + variable bonus

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Admin Manager/ Senior Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will take the lead in managing day-to-day administrative operations and oversee a small team of two Admin Executives. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth handling of documentation, procurement, and invoicing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the full spectrum of administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and documentation.
• Prepare and process Delivery Orders (DO), Purchase Orders (PO), and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers on order status and documentation.
• Ensure proper record-keeping and tracking of admin-related documents.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
• Assist in ad-hoc administrative tasks and support management when required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar capacity.
• Hands-on experience in preparing DOs, POs, and invoices is a must.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
