Admin Executive

Job Description:

HR:

  • Responsible in Recruitment, including liaising with HR-HQ, Recruitment Agencies, etc.
  • Responsible in Staffs P-File.
  • Responsible in Onboarding / Offboarding.
  • Responsible in WP / EP / SP Application in MOM Portal.
  • Responsible in Annual Requisition of Staff Uniform / Safety Boots.
  • Responsible in shortlisting candidates and arrange for interview.
  • Responsible in timecard and check OT Hours.
  • Assist in payroll calculation.

Admin:

  • Responsible in Petty Cash Entries.
  • Responsible in Issuance of Invoice to clients.
  • Responsible in Data Entry for all incoming / outgoing of goods.
  • Responsible in scheduling for goods collection / deliveries.
  • Assist to issue COD

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in HR / Business Admin or equivalent.
  • Candidate with Payroll background in Singapore are encourage to apply
  • Prefer Singapore Citizen
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint / Words.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
