Admin Executive
Job Description:
HR:
- Responsible in Recruitment, including liaising with HR-HQ, Recruitment Agencies, etc.
- Responsible in Staffs P-File.
- Responsible in Onboarding / Offboarding.
- Responsible in WP / EP / SP Application in MOM Portal.
- Responsible in Annual Requisition of Staff Uniform / Safety Boots.
- Responsible in shortlisting candidates and arrange for interview.
- Responsible in timecard and check OT Hours.
- Assist in payroll calculation.
Admin:
- Responsible in Petty Cash Entries.
- Responsible in Issuance of Invoice to clients.
- Responsible in Data Entry for all incoming / outgoing of goods.
- Responsible in scheduling for goods collection / deliveries.
- Assist to issue COD
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in HR / Business Admin or equivalent.
- Candidate with Payroll background in Singapore are encourage to apply
- Prefer Singapore Citizen
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint / Words.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive and problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
