Admin Assistant / Clerk (QC Department)
Key Responsibilities
Photocopied and distributed documents to internal departments as required
Retrieved and extracted file information upon request for various stakeholders
Maintained internal records and generated summary reports based on collected data
Entered and updated file data in computer systems and storage media
Organized and maintained indexing and cross-referencing systems for easy file retrieval
Tracked and recorded daily usage of QC department consumables such as gloves, finger cots, hair nets, and face masks
Monitored and maintained inventory levels of QC cleanroom smocks and shoes
Managed stock of QC-related forms, labels, and stickers
Assisted the QC Supervisor with scheduling the cleaning of smocks and shoes
Carried out additional administrative and departmental tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirement
Experienced in administrative support with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in computer operations, including data entry, document management, and MS Office tools.
