Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle payment to supplier/vendors and monitoring receivable and deposits
• Prepare and maintain and organize financial documents, invoices, and bank statements.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor company bank accounts for accuracy.
• Assist in consolidating monthly,quarterly, and annual financial reporting group accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather financial data.
• Maintain organized soft copy records of all financial transactions in Xero and Google Drive.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Support internal and external audits as required.
• Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel (Pivot, Vlookup)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and work ethics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus but not required.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed too!
