Account Assistance

About the role Were looking for an experienced Account Assistant or with no experience to join our team at Bakery Laboratory Pte ltd in Jurong West, West Region. In this full-time position, youll be responsible for providing high-quality accounting and bookkeeping support to our growing business.

What youll be doing

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Provide support to the Finance team as needed
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations

What were looking for

• Proven experience as an Account Assistant or similar role, preferably in a small to medium-sized business
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QBO , MYOB.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
O level , LCCI or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Company transport is provided from Joo Koon MRT Station to our office at 23 Tuas Bay Walk.
