One of our most popular classes by Teacher Agnes. For beginners and regular practitioners. Release body tensions to regain flexibility or further enhance your flexibility. Everyone can stretch for sure, and you will just feel better when done properly with guidance from our qualified instructors and by diligently practicing on your own what was taught.
We strongly believe in the importance of self-stretching, aided with props at times when needed or even daily tools which you can find at home. Let us guide you safely!
Each class can be tailored to each students needs as much as we can, as we provide pose variations suitable to the persons needs and capabilities, so that you do not have to worry about not being able to perform certain poses. You just need to start somewhere and keep on moving and working on it, safely, and most importantly, enjoy the process. Enjoy your yoga journey with us.
For regular practitioners and students, we will cater to your progress, working more on forward bends, splits, and poses that you would like to work on.
