Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records in the system.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols and compliance with company policies.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory integrity.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members to improve performance and productivity.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and other departments to meet delivery timelines.
• Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance metrics.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
