• Work across multiple products within cross-functional teams comprising designers, developers, and product managers
• Develop user flows through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for ESTL products
• Carry out user research to understand user needs and pain points, enabling well-informed design decisions
• Plan and run user testing sessions to validate design solutions and collect meaningful insights
• Contribute to and leverage the evolving design system to maintain consistency and scalability across ESTL products
• Manage stakeholder requirements and translate them into product design
• Produce and hand over design specifications and assets to support accurate implementation by development teams
• Facilitate kick-off workshops to establish objectives, gather requirements, and align on business perspectives

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a track record of being a key contributor to successfully launched products
• Experience building digital products with end-to-end involvement, including facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, conducting usability testing, mapping user flows, and delivering high-fidelity screens
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate and justify design decisions to stakeholders
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, business analysts, and product owners to deliver and enhance features
• Strong problem-solving ability, with a meticulous and detail-oriented approach
• Strong design capabilities and proficiency in Figma, Maze, Dovetail, and other design tools
• Experience using design systems to drive scalability, consistency, and efficiency
