Transactional Legal Project Manager

A fast-growing Australian business is seeking a high-impact Transactional Legal Project Manager

to lead complex, multi-jurisdictional corporate transactions from start to finish.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at bringing structure to complexity, this role is for you. This is an office-based role in Singapore for a 6–8-month contract, requiring strong on-the-ground coordination and stakeholder engagement.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coordinate large-scale corporate transactions across multiple jurisdictions
• Drive delivery across legal, financial, commercial, and tax workstreams
• Establish and manage clear project timelines, ensuring milestones are met
• Act as the central point of coordination between internal teams and external advisors
• Bring clarity, structure, and momentum to fast-moving, high-stakes projects

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years’ experience managing complex transactions or large-scale projects
• Proven track record of delivering multi-stream, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Highly organised with the ability to drive outcomes under tight timelines
• A structured yet adaptable approach to navigating ambiguity and change
