Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manual QA Engineer with a strong background in manual testing and hands-on experience in hybrid mobile application testing. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of QA processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to understand complex business requirements to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements to create detailed and comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
  • Perform manual testing on web and hybrid mobile applications (iOS & Android).
  • Define test strategy, test plans, and conduct functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support, defect triage, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Execute SQL queries for data validation and backend testing.
  • Track and manage defects using tools like Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and propose new ideas for application enhancement.
  • Provide end-user support and troubleshoot reported issues effectively.
  • Document test results, create QA reports, and maintain test artifacts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 9 years of experience in Manual QA Testing.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience testing Hybrid Mobile Applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and QA methodologies.
  • Experience in test planning, strategy definition, and test execution.
  • Solid understanding of SQL and relational database concepts.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or similar test management tools (preferred).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
