Job Title: Talent Acquisition Lead Working Location: Singapore Reports to: Country HR
1. Background We are a dynamic and growing electronics manufacturing company committed to innovation, operational excellence, and building high-performing teams. As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to lead our recruitment strategy and attract top-tier technical and operational talent. This role will play a critical part in supporting business growth by ensuring a strong pipeline of skilled professionals across engineering, production, and corporate functions.
2. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce planning needs Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical, engineering, manufacturing, and corporate roles Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, job specifications, and team dynamics Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and industry networks Enhance employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice within the manufacturing and engineering sector Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors Drive recruitment metrics and analytics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Stay updated on industry trends, talent market conditions, and competitor hiring practices
3. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, preferably within manufacturing, engineering, or electronics sectors Proven track record in hiring for technical roles such as engineers, production staff, and skilled workers Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and employer branding Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to manage multiple hiring projects and meet tight deadlines Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data Proactive, resourceful, and results-driven with strong problem-solving skills
