As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you'll play a key role in building and scaling the technical talent that powers our data-driven innovations.

What You Will Do:

• Deeply understand hiring needs, partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies.
• Successfully fulfill the business team's recruiting needs for the team.
• Identify, attract, and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals.
• Act as the employer branding champions to cultivate hiring managers and interviewers to represent the company's culture in a meaningful way
• Use data to create a narrative around hiring, diversity & inclusion, candidate experience, and team communication & collaboration.
• Dive deep into data and root cause issues. Proactively identify and solve problems.
• Partner with HR tools team to develop reports, analysis, and presentations for business review and decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key technical and non-technical talents of all levels.
• Work in tandem with Talent Acquisition Business Partners, hiring managers and other Talent Sourcers to meet and exceed business objectives and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Support various hiring projects, such as strategizing sourcing talent pipelines (via LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques).
• Conduct complex data analysis and share up-to-date, accurate, and value-adding market intelligence to business leaders to support business growth.
• Own the interview scheduling process and maintain clear lines of communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Be the ambassador of ByteDance's culture, ensuring all candidates leave with a positive impression of our organization.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• We are open to all technical recruiters who are passionate and knowledgeable about the technical industry
• Experience closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages.
• Leverages data to report on hiring progress for business stakeholders
• A self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and who takes initiative and risks.
• Demonstrate a strong ability to embrace and adapt to changes and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience working in cross-border recruitment
• Experience working in the technical industries.
