Spare Parts specialist/ Executive (Inventory management/ Commercial Vehicles/ Machinery)

• Manage and monitor inventory levels for commercial vehicle spare parts, ensuring accuracy across multiple locations.
• Maintain optimal stock through safety stock and working stock strategies to avoid overstock or stockout situations.
• Analyze usage trends and coordinate with end-users to forecast demand.
• Plan and execute replenishment based on historical data, usage rates, and lead times.
• Raise and manage purchase orders in line with demand forecasts.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Handle Last Time Buy (LTB) and End-of-Life (EOL) parts planning to minimize excess inventory.
• Work closely with warehouse, operations, and logistics teams to support daily supply and issuance of spare parts.
• Resolve delivery discrepancies and inventory issues promptly.
• Generate inventory and supply reports to support management decision-making.
• Monitor and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) such as stock level health, order fulfillment, and stock turnover.
• Ensure all inventory handling complies with company safety and housekeeping standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Support continuous improvement projects for inventory processes.

• At least 3 years of experience in spare parts management or inventory control in the automotive industry, preferably with commercial vehicles.
• Inventory management experience is a MUST
• Proven track record in managing large inventories with thousands of line items.
• Strong understanding of inventory planning, forecasting, replenishment, and concepts like safety stock and working stock.
• Experience in procurement processes, vendor coordination, and maintaining service levels.
• Familiar with supply chain coordination, including forwarders, customs clearance, and warehouse operations.
