Seeking a dynamic, passionate, and experienced architectural professional to lead projects from pre-design to delivery.

• Oversee all project aspects: design, compliance, contracts, execution. Ensure alignment with cost, resources, quality, and standards. Lead pre-design and feasibility studies.
• Design and develop architectural concepts, materials, and specifications aligned with client briefs, budgets, and timelines.
• Drive project documentation, including layouts, details, and contract documents.
• Supervise and coordinate project teams and support staff for timely delivery.
• Communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Lead meetings and resolve issues.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and oversee quality assurance processes.
• Manage project administration: proposals, contracts, payments, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate technical aspects with consultants and oversee construction documentation and site inspections.
• Perform additional management tasks and foster collaboration for project success.

• 8-12 years relevant experience.
• Bachelors or Masters in Architecture or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of local building codes and planning, especially for complex projects.
• Knowledge of industry standards and project leadership ability.
• Strong analytical, management, and communication skills.
• Creative aesthetic judgment.
• Candidates considered for Associate or Senior Associate based on experience.
