We’re looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented Spa Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming experience from arrival to departure. Location: Near Raffles Place MRT Work Days: 5 days a week (including weekends on rotation) Working Hours: 8 hours/day Open to Singaporeans & PRs only Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner Handle phone, WhatsApp, and walk-in enquiries Manage spa bookings and scheduling accurately Process payments and maintain proper records Support daily reception operations to ensure smooth service flow Work closely with the team to deliver excellent customer service Requirements: No prior experience required — training will be provided Friendly, responsible, and professional in handling guests Able to work weekends on a rotational basis Basic computer skills are a plus Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude Must be Singaporean or PR Benefits: Competitive monthly salary Growth and learning opportunities Staff discounts on services and products
