Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design: Architect end-to-end IoT solutions, ensuring hardware and software integration meets client needs for smart cities and buildings.
2. Client Consulting: Act as a technical advisor, guiding clients through digital transformation and IoT adoption strategies.
3. Project Delivery: Lead project planning, identify technical risks, manage integration points, and ensure timely, compliant project execution.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product management, and engineering teams to define solutions, align expectations, and ensure successful delivery.
5. Technical Leadership: Mentor junior architects and lead technical discussions, ensuring scalable solutions aligned with customer goals.
6. Emerging Technologies: Stay updated on IoT trends like edge and fog computing, and incorporate them into solutions.

Experience:

• 5+ years in technical architecture, IoT solutions, or smart building projects.
• Experience designing and implementing IoT platforms in smart city/building automation.
• Knowledge of IoT protocols (e.g., MQTT, Modbus), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and edge computing.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale IoT projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of network architecture, scalability, security, and performance in IoT environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Preferred: Experience with agile development and AI/ML for energy efficiency.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications in AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms are advantageous.
• Experience with building automation systems (BAS) and facility management solutions is highly desirable.
