Please note that applying for a job may not always be easy, as new candidates must meet certain qualifications and requirements set by the company. We hope the career opportunity at For Youth for the position of Social Content Producer below matches your qualifications.
Who We Are
For Youth is a longevity nutrition brand built for people who take life seriously. They are builders - people in their 30s, 40s, and beyond who are still building careers, businesses, family, futures. They’re still training, still showing up. We don’t sell a scatter-gun supplement range. We sell nutrition systems designed to keep these life-long builders strong, sharp, and capable for decades. We're based in Singapore, and at the point where we need someone to drive consistent, high-quality content output across video and static - every week.
The Role
You are the engine of For Youth’s content output. You produce video and static yourself - and you coordinate the KOLs, agencies, and internal contributors who produce alongside you. Your job is volume at a standard worth watching. You deliver content from three sources, and you own the output of all three:
- Yourself - shooting, editing, designing, scripting.
- KOLs, creators, founders, scientists - briefing, coordinating, reviewing.
- Agencies and freelancers - videographers, editors, designers you direct.
Some weeks the mix is 70% you, 30% others. Other weeks it inverts. Either way, the calendar fills and the quality holds. Consistently.
What Does Great Look Like?
- Lead end-to-end content production - you're the engine behind weekly output across video and static. Some weeks you shoot and edit yourself. Other weeks you brief and direct videographers, editors, or talent. Either way, the output is your responsibility.
- Produce 4-5 pieces per week, consistently across video and static - with taste and a strong design intuition, consistently, without being chased or micromanaged.
- Plan and manage the pipeline 2-4 weeks ahead - calendar is maintained, shoots are booked, talent is briefed, and nothing goes out half-baked because it was left too late. You manage and brief talent (KOLs, founders, scientists, and creators) clearly, prep them properly, and get what you need out of every session.
- Help develop recurring formats and content series - we have strong ideas. You help shape what these become and own the production pipeline once they're built.
- Own content publishing for now - scheduling and posting across Instagram and TikTok. You'll brief in a junior sooner than later, but staying close to how content lands makes you sharper.
- Report fortnightly on performance - what worked, what didn't, what's next.
What You'll Bring
- Strong balance of executional ability and creativity.
- You produce at volume without losing quality. Consistency is a skill. You have it.
- You shoot and edit fluently. CapCut, DaVinci - whatever the tool, you know it inside out.
- You have a strong design eye. You understand hierarchy, typography, and when something looks off. Figma or Canva at a template level is enough.
- You understand how content spreads. Hooks, retention curves, format mechanics, storytelling. You've grown something and you can explain why it grew.
- You write sharp copy. A great script and a great caption are the same skill - economy of language, strong hook, clear point of view. You do both.
- You move fast. Trend spotted on Monday, asset live by Wednesday. That's normal, not stressful.
- You use Ai to augment your output and quality level like a pro.
- You're a collaborator, not an order-taker. You can take a half-formed idea and turn it into a format with legs. You push back when something isn't right.
You'll Thrive Here If...
- You have 4+ years relevant experience
- You're energised by making things, not talking about making things
- You find a blank brief exciting rather than paralysing
- You’re a true storyteller inside out and know how to adapt that skill to different formats
- You want to build something from the inside, not maintain something that already exists
- You're comfortable holding a high visual standard with attention to detail, and a high output volume at the same time
What We're Not Looking For
- A social media manager who happens to make a bit of content
- An amazing strategist who is not a ‘maker’
- Someone who needs a fully-formed brief to get started
- A video specialist who can't produce static - or vice versa
- Someone whose best work comes out once a month
The Details
- Singapore (hybrid) Role
- Singaporean Citizens and PRs only
- Reports to Head of Growth / Co-Founder
- Start date asap
- English language mastery is essential for this role.
