We are seeking a responsible and organized Site Administrator to provide administrative and clerical support at the construction site. The successful candidate will handle documentation, coordination, and office management duties to ensure smooth site operations.

• Provide general administrative support to the Project Manager, Site Engineers, and site team.
• Manage site office operations including filing, correspondence, stationery, and supplies.
• Maintain and update project documentation such as site reports, permits, safety records, and attendance lists.
• Handle submission and tracking of site documents (e.g. RFI, method statements, drawings, and MOM/authorities' forms).
• Assist in arranging site meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
• Coordinate site staff daily attendance, timesheets, and leave records for payroll submission.
• Liaise with HQ office on HR, finance, and procurement-related matters.
• Assist in preparing progress reports and other documentation required by management and clients.
• Support site safety officer in maintaining records of safety briefings, permits, and inspections.
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by the Project Manager.

• Minimum Nitec in Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of site-based administrative experience in the construction industry preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
