Job Summary

You will arrange and coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and carriers, prepare shipping documents, process orders, maintain accurate shipping records, and communicate effectively with suppliers, warehouse teams, and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and carriers to ensure timely delivery
• Prepare accurate shipping documents including invoices, packing lists (PL), and airway bills (AWB) for each shipment
• Process Purchase Orders (PO), Sales Orders (SO), and Delivery Orders (DO) lists to support order fulfillment
• Maintain accurate records of all shipping transactions for tracking and auditing purposes
• Respond promptly to emails and phone calls to resolve shipping and logistics inquiries
• Update weekly reports to track shipment status and logistics performance
• Communicate clearly with suppliers, warehouse staff, and customers to coordinate shipping schedules and resolve issues

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain management recommended
• Familiarity with international and domestic shipping terms is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and processes
