Senior Delivery Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Singapore)

We are hiring on behalf of a global technology services organization known for delivering large-scale digital transformation and enterprise platform solutions across industries. The organization works with international clients and is actively expanding its leadership team in Singapore.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP/CRM), along with Data, BI, and emerging AI-led platform engineering initiatives. This role requires strong delivery governance, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple complex programs across geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive successful delivery of multiple Dynamics 365 engagements across clients and domains
• Ensure effective management of scope, timelines, budget, quality, and risks
• Provide delivery governance and maintain adherence to quality and compliance standards
• Lead and manage internal teams as well as external/vendor resources
• Collaborate with pre-sales and solutioning teams on RFPs, proposals, and client presentations
• Contribute to business development initiatives and thought leadership

Required Experience & Skills:

• 15+ years of overall IT experience, with 8+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 delivery roles
• Strong experience managing large-scale Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP implementations
• Good understanding of key modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain
• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery models
• Strong grasp of project financials, budgeting, and resource planning
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and handle escalations
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
• Experience supporting RFPs, proposals, and leading client workshops/demos
