• Manage P2P fiat product globalization on mobile apps and develop product strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create and maintain the product roadmap, milestones, and backlog, prioritizing various overseas markets.
• Drive global product and feature shipments and lead beta programs by defining specifications.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Gather customer feedback and facilitate user studies to ensure products meet customer needs.
• Conduct market research and analyze regional data to deliver market-fit solutions.

• Extensive experience in launching and managing large-scale, global product development cycles with successful outcomes.
• 5+ years of product management experience with relevant technical expertise.
• Ability to determine customer needs, run prototypes, and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience analyzing app traffic and internal data to drive product growth.
• Clear communication skills to specify requirements and work with engineering teams.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and keep them on schedule.
• Excellent collaboration skills to influence and motivate teams.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to coordinate with international partners.
• Relevant experience in internet applications, preferably e-commerce or P2P products.
