Role Description

The incumbent will be joining our team as Senior Manager – Transportation in our subsidiary company, SH Cogent Logistics Pte Ltd. This is a role as Head of Department or have potential to be the Head of Department. If you enjoy tackling challenges and delivering measurable results, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

1. Ability to perform business development / sales in the transportation space in Singapore
2. Ability to develop new businesses and grow the business organically for the transportation department
3. Able to manage and increase company’s market share in Singapore
4. Understand and have experience in container trucking activities
5. Good network with PSA, customers, and vendors
6. Management skill and experience to manage both sales and operations in the Transportation department with more than 50 prime movers
7. Responsible for department P & L
8. Understand importance of safety and operational procedures
9. Other duties assigned from time to time

Requirement

1. Degree or Diploma holders
2. Drive, resilience and the ability to deliver results under pressure
