Responsibilities:

Duty No 1 (Marketing & Business Development)

• Develop business strategies to support business growth for Shiprepair and Ship Conversion (SR & SC)
• Prepare business proposals and present to clients
• Identify new market opportunities in SR & SC
• Assist in preparing business proposals liaising with CSR , EDC and Ops to submit and bid for new SC projects
• Attend internal meetings and discussions, preparing minutes or reports as andwhen necessary
• Attend customer meetings and attend to feedback on contractual matters,preparing reports and performing coordination works as and when necessary
• Propose new ways and drive to outreach new clients or future projects with current clients
• Achieve results in terms of sales
• Drive the before and after sales hospitality

Duty No.2 (Commercial)

• Carry out estimation and billing work for assigned projects
• Management of project costing of SR & SC projects

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or other disciplines
• Able to understand basic engineering terms
• Be able to do planning for projects (Optional)
• Able to communicate effectively with internal staff and customers
• Experience in a senior position in Marketing and Commercial (Shiprepair/ Shipconversion)(more than 10 years)
