We invite dynamic individual to join us as:**SENIOR EXECUTIVE, CORPORATE & COMMUNITY****RELATIONS (VOLUNTEER MANAGEMENT)****Responsibilities**Develop and implement effective volunteer management strategies to promote andenhance services and volunteering opportunities for both community and corporatepartners.Oversee all aspects of volunteer management, including recruitment, training,onboarding, recognition, and retention, with the aim of increasing volunteer numbersand activities annually.Provide coordination and consultation for the overall volunteer functions withinKwong Wai Shiu Hospital (KWSH).Support the creation of awareness for KWSH and its community outreach efforts tomaximise program participation and impact.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, partners, and volunteers toensure the efficient and effective management of the hospitals projects and events.**Requirements**:Minimum Degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience in volunteermanagement and community relationsPrevious experience in a similar role, preferably within a non-profit or charitableorganization, is preferred.Proficiency in MS Office Applications.Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.The Human Resource ManagerKwong Wai Shiu Hospital705 Serangoon RoadSingapore 328127
