About the Role:

Elliott Scott HR is partnering with a high-growth fintech firm to hire a Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager to lead and optimize the organization’s total rewards strategy. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring competitive and compliant compensation and benefits programs that support business growth.

Summary of the role and key responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to align rewards strategies with organizational goals
  • Design and manage compensation structures, incentive plans, and salary review cycles
  • Oversee employee benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and cost-efficiency
  • Conduct market benchmarking and provide insights on pay trends and equity
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning with HR and finance teams
  • Analyze rewards data to drive decision-making and improvements

  • Lead key rewards and HR transformation initiatives

Key skills required:
