We're seeking a talented and strategic Senior Art Director to lead the creative vision and execution of high-impact campaigns across multiple platforms.

Expectations of a Senior Art Director

1. Ideate, craft and execute original and iconic creative concepts in response to client briefs, objectives or goals.
2. Responsible for the proper placement, context and meaning of every image and graphic element within a creative assignment.
3. Develop creative ideas that meet both our clients' objectives as well as our business objectives, maintaining the company's expected levels of creative excellence and professionalism.
4. Present, share and review creative work with Executive Creative Director/s, Account Management and Planning Leads as well as members of the Management Team.
5. Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with both in-house resources and third-party vendors.
6. Collaborate effectively with Account Management, Planning and the broader creative team to develop disruptive and iconic work.
7. Participate in, and lead brainstorming sessions.

1. About 6-9 years of work experience and a book brimming with brave ideas and outstanding craft, some that saw the light of day, and maybe some that didn't.
2. A keen student of life, open and curious, always willing to learn and devoted to your art.
3. An artist. Every surface, every channel, every medium, social or otherwise, is your canvas. You're just where people are.
4. You've won a few of the awards that matter. Or you're very hungry to. Winning isn't everything, but excellence is.
5. Strong grasp of social media space and online media jargon and technology.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.
7. Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with co-workers at a variety of levels, across many disciplines.
8. Understand and use the latest in computer design software.
9. After hours work and overnight traveling to shoots and post sessions required.
10. Naturally well organized and unfazed when working towards deadlines.

You should be comfortable working across both traditional and digital platforms—including Film, OOH, Digital OOH, Display, Activations, and Social Media. The ideal candidate can lead and supervise a small creative team, manage both origination and adaptation projects independently, and serve as the creative point of view in collaborative settings. You'll be expected to maintain high-quality standards through hands-on oversight and present compelling, well-crafted narratives to clients and stakeholders. You should be comfortable to work on traditional and digital work.
