Job Title: Senior Accounts ExecutiveIndustry: Electrical & ElectronicsSalary: SGD 3500 - 4300Location: South West, SingaporeAbout Company:Established in 1973, our client specializes in the design and manufacture of high-quality power distribution and control systems for global customers. With a fully integrated in-house facility, they cover ranging from design, production, testing, and servicing.Job Description:- Assist the Manager in accounting functions.- Control and handle petty cash; ensure cash on hand is tie with the book.- Handle all accounts payable record-keeping and produce monthly accounting reports.- Upkeep all payable transactions, prepare payment vouchers and produce monthly creditors accounting reports.- Maintain detailed, perpetual inventory records and produce periodic reports.- Update billings and costs on individual job and prepare job status reports.- Closing of month-end accounts and produce monthly financial statements.- Closing of year-end accounts and ensure smooth-running of regular auditing.- Handle other accounting matters such as chasing for payment, verifying expense statements, liaising with external auditors on taxation matters and etc. - Maintain full sets of accounts for the company.- Provide necessary information / reports to Japan Head Quarter.- Promptly submission of GST returns and tax report, etc.- Liaise with bankers, external auditors and tax agent, etc.- Handle subsidiaries' accounts / section / branch accounts.- Ensure compliance of all accounting policies and procedures.- Maintain good housekeeping in the accounts department.- Take on added tasks / responsibilities as assigned by the superiors.Job Requirements:- Must possess at least Diploma in Accounting - At least 5 years experience in manufacturing company preferred - Able to work in fast pace environmentCompensation:- Working location: Tuas- Working hours: 5-days work week from 8.15am to 5.45pm- 14 days annual leave - 14 days medical leave - AWS - Variable bonus - depends on company & individual performance - Full reimbursement of medical fees otherwise specified - Cover under company's group insurance schemeInterested applicants are invited to submit their resume via clicking the apply button.JointHire Singapore Pte Ltd.(EA License No.: 17C8920)Hidetaka Yata (Registration No.: R1216038 )Job ID: 3540
