Senior Accounts Executive / Accountant

Job Description

• Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Group requirements.
• Manage full set of accounts closure efficiently.
• Oversee daily accounts receivables and payables.
• Liaise with tax agents for annual return and address tax queries.
• Coordinate statutory audit matters with external auditors.
• Support corporate administrative matters.
• Engage in ad-hoc projects and assignments as directed by management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accountancy/ACCA or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Proficiency in Financial Accounting and Financial Reporting Standards, Taxation (GST, company income tax, Withholding tax).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and hands-on with a keen eye for accuracy.
• A proactive team player with strong analytical and interpersonal abilities, capable of taking initiative with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Sage 300/NetSuite Oracle/SAP and MS Office suite.
