• Ensure 24/7 SAP system availability.
• Manage user/client administration, authorization management, system performance, audit management, transport management system, background jobs, patches installation, system backup and recovery, kernel upgrades, and OS and database maintenance across the company.
• Conduct and manage SAP business continuity planning and disaster recovery.
• Ensure optimal server performance and perform preventive maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Manage SAP support tickets within defined service levels.
• Serve as the custodian for SAP system architecture, hardware, and integration landscape.
• Manage and liaise with third-party vendors.
• Deliver all IT projects on time.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Knowledge in Basis Administration is essential.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant SAP Basis experience.
• Basic knowledge of SAP HANA and NetWeaver technology.
• Interest in processes within software development landscapes.
• Experience with S4/Hana is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to articulate and communicate with people at all levels in the organization.
• Able to work independently and lead projects.
• Experience with Linux and SAP S4/Hana environment.
