Sales & Marketing Executive
Abiel is a prominent property development company, and we are looking for a dedicated and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play an essential part in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to expand Abiels market reach. Youll gain exposure to a broad range of tasks within sales and marketing, working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Responsibilities
- Assist with the negotiation and creation of offers, and manage the sales pipeline for properties.
- Coordinate property viewings for potential clients and handle inquiries effectively.
- Help in managing and updating the Apartment Inventory Schedule, customer database, and Google Calendar.
- Prepare and deliver presentations as needed, ensuring that they align with client needs.
- Handle customer service tasks, ensuring client satisfaction and resolving complaints efficiently.
- Liaise with external suppliers for any property maintenance or service-related matters.
- Work closely with the business development team to optimize sales and occupancy rates, ensuring high sales margins.
- Review and assist in improving the contract agreement and booking process in collaboration with the Director.
- Achieve high conversion rates (target of 30%) for all customer inquiries and maintain strong relationships with repeat clients.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all customer payments and deposit processes.
- Monitor and ensure all online and direct customer inquiries are responded to promptly (within 2 business hours).
- Assist with special projects, such as new building launches, and contribute to the preparation and marketing of properties for leasing.
- Manage and review online booking and inquiries.
- Implement consultative selling, cross-selling, and upselling strategies to maximize revenue and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Oversee the implementation and management of inventory management systems to streamline sales operations.
- Respond to all online inquiries promptly (within 3 working hours) and convert inquiries to sales at a target rate of 30%.
Partnership & Business Development
- Initiate and develop partnership programs with affiliate businesses to enhance Abiels service offering.
- Create and launch co-living community initiatives, including networking events and activities that foster connections among expats and corporates.
- Drive brand awareness within the expat community and build brand loyalty through innovative partnerships.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Resourceful, street-smart, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic work ethics such as integrity, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for sales and marketing.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development is an advantage but not required.
