Job Summary Looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. You will develop sales strategies, achieve sales targets, manage customer relationships, and drive business growth. Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals and foster a collaborative environment Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives to increase revenue Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets through proactive sales management and team coordination Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention Identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends to expand the customer base Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts to inform strategic decision-making Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives and optimize customer engagement Conduct sales training and performance evaluations to improve team skills and productivity Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally to maintain positive client relations Required competencies and certifications Proven experience managing a sales team (minimum 3-5 years in sales) Strong leadership and communication skills demonstrated through team management and client interactions Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems to manage sales data and customer information Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines consistently Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Preferred competencies and qualifications Possession of Class 3 driving licence (advantageous but not essential) Positive attitude and professional appearance that supports a strong team culture Strong problem-solving skills applied to sales challenges and customer issues Good networking and relationship-building abilities to expand business connections Experience in the automotive industry (added advantage) Other Information Salary & Benefits: Basic salary plus commission and incentives Annual leave and medical benefits Career advancement opportunities
