As a Sales Consultant , you will serve as a vital link between our valued clients and our comprehensive range of wellness and beauty services. Your role is to integrate traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) wellness philosophies, provide expert consultation and personalized service plans, and actively contribute to the growth of our sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Based on client needs and your professional judgment, tailor bespoke wellness or beauty package solutions that align with their health and beauty goals.

  • Actively recommend and sell the spas various services, treatment packages, and related products to achieve individual and team sales targets.

  • Master and efficiently execute sales processes, including quotation, order processing, and payment collection, ensuring accurate sales records.

  • Establish and nurture strong client relationships, regularly communicating with clients to gather their feedback and assess satisfaction levels.

Professional Development & Self-Improvement:

  • Continuously learn and master the latest TCM wellness and beauty knowledge, techniques, and industry trends to enhance your professional expertise.

  • Actively participate in company-organized training sessions and meetings to refine sales techniques and communication skills.

  • Demonstrate a high degree of self-motivation, proactively seeking opportunities to improve performance and foster personal growth.

  • Assist the team in completing daily sales tasks and activities.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements (Reiterated):

  • Experience in related fields is highly preferred!

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with diverse clientele.

  • Highly self-driven and goal-oriented, capable of handling sales pressure and achieving targets.
