About the role

We are part of Accenture's Global Responsible AI team within the Global Data & AI Practice. As AI becomes more pervasive and powerful, so do the associated risks. Our team works with leading organizations to ensure AI is designed, built, and deployed responsibly, adhering to laws, regulations, and ethical standards. We develop proprietary IP and solutions, engage with regulators, collaborate with academia, and provide training through the Responsible AI Academy. Our goal is to help clients turn AI risks into opportunities responsibly and ethically.

Who you are

We are looking to expand our Responsible AI team with experienced Monitoring & Compliance professionals who have a background in Responsible AI. You should have at least one year of experience in areas such as AI model fairness, transparency, explainability, robustness, privacy, ideally in a client-facing environment. You will bring expertise in monitoring AI systems, managing machine learning risks, and applying regulatory requirements. Strong communication skills and technical proficiency are essential to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.

Your responsibilities
  • Configuring, deploying, and monitoring AI systems on cloud and on-premise environments.
  • Monitoring AI systems to identify and mitigate issues related to bias, fairness, robustness, security, and privacy.
  • Designing and deploying AI Operations tools and frameworks like MLOps, LLMOps, and DevOps.
  • Setting up systems to detect anomalies related to Responsible AI and sending alerts.
  • Ensuring AI systems comply with local laws, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Collaborating with teams to translate RAI laws and standards into technological solutions.
  • Contributing to internal guidelines and best practices for responsible AI deployment and monitoring.
  • Staying updated on AI trends, ethical considerations, and technological advancements.

Travel may be required, with the amount varying based on business needs.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
  • 6-8 years of experience for Manager level, 8-10 years for Senior Manager.
  • Experience in designing, deploying, and managing AI models, with knowledge of risk management and audit processes.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI technologies.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, Java, or similar programming languages.
  • Knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, DevOps, and cloud deployment tools.
  • Ability to work with complex datasets, perform analysis, and communicate effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to ethical AI development.
Preferred skills
  • Training or certifications in responsible AI, ethics, or related fields.
  • Business knowledge of RAI principles, laws, and regulations.
  • Experience with AI interpretability and explainability tools.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Additional information

Role level: Mid-Senior, Full-time, in the Business Consulting and Services industry. Travel may be required.
