Responsibilities:

1. Manage a team of technical supervisors to ensure compliance with regulations and client requirements.
2. Report to C&S QP, collaborate with authorities and contractors to supervise site activities, resolve issues, and ensure timely project completion.
3. Supervise structural works, identifying non-conformities.
4. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure health and safety compliance per MOM standards.
5. Oversee civil and structural engineering site supervisors.
6. Participate in site meetings, progress reviews, and coordination sessions.
7. Perform inspections and supervise specialist work submissions as required.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in C&S Engineering from a recognized university.
2. Registered Resident Engineer with BCA/IES/ACES, with at least 5 years of experience.
3. Knowledge of Singapore Building Control Act and Construction Regulations.
