As the Regional Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining the momentum of a global backbone portfolio while spearheading new software product launches and accelerating technology adoption across the region.

You’ll drive therapy growth, strengthen market presence, and collaborate across five APAC regional clusters to maximize impact and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead regional portfolio strategy, market development, and product positioning to deliver on APAC growth targets.
• Maintain and strengthen performance of global backbone products while launching new, next‑generation software and technology solutions.
• Drive therapy adoption and market readiness, collaborating with in‑country teams to prepare, educate, and engage customers.
• Translate global marketing and innovation strategies into impactful regional initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
• Utilize data‑driven insights and Power BI to analyze performance, identify growth drivers, and shape commercial strategy.
• Partner with KOLs and regional stakeholders to elevate brand presence through education, advocacy, and events.
• Act as the regional voice to global teams, bringing insights from the field to inform future product direction.
• Provide strong people leadership, fostering collaboration, and positive energy across the APAC marketing network.

• 10+ years’ experience in marketing, including 5+ years in APAC regional roles within medical technology, diagnostics, or life sciences.
Proven success managingogados both mature portfolios and new technology launches.
• Experience in blood banking, hematology, or immunology is highly preferred.
• Strong business acumen - confident in interpreting data, identifying growth opportunities, and driving strategic decisions.
• Skilled at bridging science and business, with a passion for advancing healthcare solutions.
• Strong collaborator and communicator with the ability to influence across functions, cultures, and senior stakeholders.
• Enthusiastic leader who brings energy, insight, and vision to every initiative.
