Job DescriptionAbout the RoleMotorola Solutions is a global leader in mission-critical technologies for public safety and national defense. By extending its legacy in land mobile radio with an expansive video security and AI analytics portfolio—spanning Avigilon, Pelco, and the rugged, long-range threat detection of Silent Sentinel—alongside advanced mesh networking (MANET) and RF intelligence, the company provides a resilient Safe Nation ecosystem. This unified approach empowers military, border security, emergency responders and critical national infrastructure to communicate securely in contested, infrastructure-less environments. Based in our Singapore regional hub, you will lead the business strategy and market execution for Singapore, Indonesia, Brunei, and select Frontier Markets.
This role requires an experienced executive who can balance between stewardship and aggressive scale. You will serve as the diplomatic face of the company in our most mature, established markets, while simultaneously architecting the expansion strategy in massive, high-growth emerging economies.
