The Job

  • Drive business growth through proactive business development efforts and effective management or key client accounts.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting processes for clients hiring needs.
  • Execute the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding for diverse client requirements.
  • Maintain strong rapport and lasting relationship with candidates and clients.
  • Communicate with suitable candidates to prepare them for the roles hiring process.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion within existing client base to pursue new business prospects.

Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
  • No prior experience is required as on the job training will be provided.
  • Sales driven personality.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess CEI Certification is an added advantage.
