Job Description

• Responsible for leading and managing the full lifecycle of R&D projects and product delivery, from conception to completion, including planning, organizing, executing, and evaluating.
• Lead project scoping with internal and external stakeholders to establish communication plans, build project schedules, and define clear project deliverables and milestones.
• Ensure successful delivery of project scope and targets while managing risks, quality, delivery, scope, schedule, and budget.
• Spearhead the design, development, and delivery of R&D solutions to customers through active leadership and coordination of research teams across multiple institutes.
• Lead and manage quality assurance, procurement, finance, and legal challenges.
• Drive design and process validation testing, adhere to best practices, and ensure compliance with project lifecycle governance.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of technical and engineering processes, leading teams throughout the project development cycle.
• Monitor and report the progress of multiple projects to all stakeholders.
• Manage project changes and interventions to achieve deliverables and mitigate risks.
• Engage with industry members and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering or project management-related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of project management experience in product development or research projects is preferred.
• PMP certification or equivalent is advantageous.
• Strong business acumen, driven to meet customer requirements and project deadlines.
• Proactive team player with a technical mindset, problem-solving skills, and innovation drive.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
