Job Description We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Lead to manage end-to-end software development projects, from customer requirement gathering to system implementation, with a strong focus on quality, scalability, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise and solid project management experience, particularly in enterprise or government-related systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from requirements gathering to successful roll-out, training, and ongoing support.
• Work directly with customers, translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Apply best practices in project management and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ensure smooth business operations by managing IT-related tasks.
• Oversee project management activities to deliver on time, within scope, and budget.

• 4-6 years of relevant experience, including at least 2-3 years in Project Management.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Solid experience with ASP.NET (C#), HTML/XML, CSS/XSL, SQL Server, and Visual Studio.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Bonus points if you have: Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Power Apps knowledge, Agile Development experience, Microsoft certification, or past work on Singapore government projects.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Power Apps.
• Experience working with Singapore government projects
• Microsoft certifications in relevant technologies.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
