Position Summary

We are looking for a Project Manager with an implementation background in cloud-based inventory planning and asset allocation systems. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in project management, supply chain, and inventory management. You will play a critical role in leading and overseeing the successful implementation of our clients new system.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Management: Lead the end-to-end implementation of a cloud-based inventory planning and asset allocation system, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
  2. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, objectives, and requirements. Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
  3. Requirements Analysis: Conduct analysis of inventory management and supply chain requirements, translating them into actionable plans.
  4. Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to maximize efficiency and success.
  5. Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, developing mitigation strategies.
  6. Quality Assurance: Implement processes to ensure system performance, security, and reliability.
  7. Progress Tracking: Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.
  8. Change Management: Manage change requests and assess their impact on project objectives.
  9. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  10. Training and Support: Provide training and support to ensure smooth system adoption.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
  • Experience in implementing cloud-based inventory planning and asset allocation systems.
  • Strong background in supply chain and inventory management.
  • Proven project management experience, delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools.
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing requirements.
