Project Executive (Site Operations) / West

Our client is in the Environmental industry, they are one of the leading waste management solutions providers in Singapore. They are looking for a Project Executive to assist their team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in the West area - easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Primary Liaison & Coordination: Serve as the main contact for internal and external parties, ensuring project requirements at customer sites are met.
• Project Leadership: Lead a team through all phases of project development, implementation, and completion.
• Site & Operations Management: Oversee daily project operations, logistics, and customer arrangements, including site management and coordination.
• Documentation & Reporting: Assist in preparing and updating project documents, timelines, meeting notes, contractor briefings, and status reports.
• Customer & Contractor Engagement: Collaborate with customer site operations to clarify requirements, participate in contractor meetings, and relay feedback to management.
• Compliance & Safety Oversight: Ensure all personnel and sub-contractors follow safety, environmental, and health policies; review work activities and JSRA compliance.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma
• Possess project management skill will be preferred
