Responsibilities:

1) Facilities Operation (Renovation)

Project Planning and Initiation

• Assist in developing renovation project plans include scopes, timelines, budgets, and specifications based on funder guidelines and centres' needs
• Prepare and evaluate procurement documents including Invitation to Quote/Invitation to Tender proposals, quotation requests and justifications
• Liaise with funder and other bodies to secure project and funding approval

Project Coordination and Execution

• Supervise renovation works and ensure work is carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and safety requirements
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely project completion
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage site issues proactively

Compliance and Documentation

• Ensure all works comply with BCA, SCDF, MOH, and other regulatory standards
• Maintain full project documentation for audit trail
• Prepare reports to update internal management and MOH on project progress and fund utilisation
• Post-Project and Handover
• Conduct joint inspections and ensure defects are rectified
• Facilitate project handover

2) Facilities Operation (Maintenance & Facility Support)

• Support Facilities team for maintenance and repair issues reported by AACs and ensure timely closure
• Track and report recurring issues for long term resolution

Requirements:

• Diploma Holder in Building, Project Management, Facilities Management, Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management and facilities support
• Experience in government-funded project documentation or reporting is advantageous
• Detail-oriented, hands-on, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders
