About the RoleP-Serv is partnering with our client, a leading name in the aviation industry, and we are looking for talented individuals to join the team!
Job Responsibilities- Fulfill orders for e-Vouchers by business entities based on approved issuance limits.
- Respond to daily operations and system-related issues on e-Vouchers, including handling escalations from users, tenants, and vendors.
- Develop training and refresher materials on e-Vouchers for tenants and frontline staff and conduct regular training sessions.
- Prepare reports on issuances and reimbursements of e-Vouchers for submission to Enterprise Performance and Development.
- Support reporting, reconciliation, and reimbursement processes for e-Vouchers to tenants.
- Manage user access, including issuance and updating login credentials, and review users on the Rewards Tenant Declaration Portal.
- Continuously refine existing processes using new products to increase efficiency in e-Voucher management.
- Apply investigative skills to check members transactions, identify process and system gaps, and detect loyalty fraud.
- Follow up with tenants and members on potential or confirmed cases, and process remediation and restitution for confirmed fraudulent cases.
- Communicate findings and propose improvements to business processes or systems to management.
- Handle any other ad-hoc matters as required.
- Degree in Accountancy, Business, or equivalent professional qualifications.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and low-code tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps is an advantage.
- Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Working hours: Monday - Thursday, 8.30am - 6pm; Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm.
- Location: Changi Airport.
