Procurement Executive (Real Estate)

Our client is a local leading player in Real Estate Industry, well-known for its diverse portfolio of properties and sustainable urban solutions. They are currently looking for Procurement Executive to join their Procurement team. They are located at Central - easily accessible.

Responsibilities for Procurement Executive:

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand procurement requirements and provide timely sourcing solutions.
• Oversee and assess the work delivered by third-party consultants, such as quantity surveyors and M&E professionals.
• Manage all aspects of tender processes and contract administration, including preparation of related cost documentation for procurement and development projects.
• Source and recommend suitable contractors or vendors by evaluating their capabilities through an internal qualification framework.
• Prepare and analyse cost projections to support project and business decisions.
• Stay informed of market developments and supply trends that may affect the availability or pricing of goods and services.
• Support contract negotiations, review key terms, and help maintain proper contract documentation.
• Contribute to ongoing process enhancement efforts to improve overall procurement efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Degree in relevant discipline
• Min 4 year of procurement experience in property / real estate industry
• Good communication skills to handle various stakeholders
