A leading Asia-focused investment platform is expanding its private credit and hybrid capital strategy and is looking to hire a Private Credit Lawyer.

This role sits close to the investment team and offers hands-on involvement in the structuring and execution of private credit transactions, including secured lending, hybrid and bespoke financing solutions, as well as fund-level matters. The work is highly cross-border and will suit a lawyer who enjoys complex, commercial transactions and direct exposure to deal dynamics.

The team is particularly interested in lawyers currently in top-tier international law firms, with strong experience in private credit, leveraged finance or structured lending. High-calibre in-house lawyers at a comparable level, with relevant transactions exposure, will also be considered.
