Job Description:We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive individual to join our team as a Printing Assistant. In this role, you will support both administrative functions and operational activities to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our office and production area.

Responsibilities:

• Support printing and production activities.
• Pack, label, and prepare orders for delivery
• Answer and manage phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails promptly
• Attend to walk-in clients in a professional and friendly manner
• Keep the workspace organized, tidy, and clean
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute as a supportive team player.
• Demonstrate flexibility by assisting with any tasks that may arise, ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
• This is not a desk-bound job – it involves physical activities such as bending, lifting, and carrying items around.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in computer skills
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or other design software will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to speak and write in English clearly and professionally
