Contract Period: From 15 Dec 2025 to 14 Dec 2026 with an option to extend the contract for a further period of 1 year.

Working hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Fridays: 7:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Scope of services:

1. Printing & distributing of worksheets & teaching materials
2. Tracking of printing requests
3. Cleanliness for printing room
4. Other office admin duties as assigned by Reporting Officer

Qualifications, skills and experience:

• Completed secondary school education
• Speak, read and write simple English
• Excellent team-player who is organized, meticulous and ability to multi task.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
