Our client is looking for skilled
Power System Simulation and Intelligent Control Senior Researcher
to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the research and implementation of system-level control algorithms and simulation technologies for new power systems and microgrids, aim to achieve key technological breakthroughs.
Identify technical development directions and industry challenges related to stability control algorithms and simulation for new power systems. Participate in the pre-research and development of core algorithms and simulation technologies for new power systems, achieving technological breakthroughs in areas such as power grid stability assessment, intelligent control, protection strategies, and modeling & simulation, to build N+X technological competitiveness. Explore the application of AI in power system stability analysis and control, and develop simulation-based solutions for system stability measurement and optimization. Improve the performance, stability, and security of models and algorithms; conduct key technology verification and perform technical risk assessments.
Qualifications:
Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Technology, Control Engineering, Automation, or a related field. Strong understanding of power systems and core components, including source-network-load-storage devices, communication systems, coordination control systems, protection systems, and monitoring systems in the power grid. Experience in power electronics or power system simulation modeling; proficiency in simulation platforms such as PSSE, DIgSILENT, PSCAD, RTLAB or MATLAB. Deep knowledge of new-type power system stability control algorithms, modeling and simulation technologies; familiarity with AI application in renewable energy field. Solid foundation in power systems, power electronics, and control theory; hands-on experience in algorithm engineering and software development. Strong market and technical insight, with the ability to identify industry trends and innovation opportunities. Excellent communication skills; adaptable to multicultural environments with a collaborative and open mindset.
