Planning Manager (Civil Project)

• Lead the preparation and maintenance of baseline project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent software.
• Work closely with project teams to integrate construction sequences, procurement timelines, and subcontractor inputs into the master programme.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays, and recommend mitigation strategies to keep works on track.
• Coordinate with project managers, cost controllers, and site teams to align planning and execution.
• Perform critical path analysis, resource loading, and scenario planning.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in planning and project controls, with at least 3 years in a lead or managerial role.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
